Connect Zoom to CalendLab

CalendLab creates a Zoom meeting link for a booking on behalf of the connected meeting owner. You need active CalendLab and Zoom accounts.

Add Zoom

1. 1. Sign in to CalendLab or create an account.
2. 2. Open Integrations and select Zoom.
3. 3. Select Connect and approve the requested permissions on Zoom.
4. 4. After returning to CalendLab, confirm that Zoom is shown as Connected.

Use Zoom for bookings

1. 1. Create or edit an event type and choose Zoom as its video provider.
2. 2. When an invitee books a slot, CalendLab creates a scheduled Zoom meeting for the connected owner.
3. 3. The meeting link is added to the booking and shared with the host and invitees through the usual CalendLab notifications.

Disconnect and remove

1. 1. In CalendLab: open Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect. CalendLab revokes access and deletes the stored Zoom OAuth tokens.
2. 2. In Zoom: sign in to Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps → CalendLab - Zoom → Remove. Zoom sends CalendLab a deauthorization notification and the connection tokens are deleted.
3. 3. After removal, CalendLab stops creating new Zoom meetings. Meetings already created in your Zoom account are not automatically deleted.

Troubleshooting

Confirm that you signed in to the intended CalendLab and Zoom accounts, approved Zoom access, and did not remove the app in Marketplace. If the issue continues, contact support with the time of the error and a screenshot.
