CalendLab Privacy Policy
CalendLab is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Borodin ("Operator", "we", "us"). This Policy explains how we process personal information when you use CalendLab and the optional Zoom integration.
1. Information we process
We process account and booking data, including name, email, meeting information, and settings. When you connect Zoom, we receive and store the connected Zoom account's user ID and email, OAuth access token, refresh token, and token expiry.
2. Why we use information
We use information to provide CalendLab, authenticate users, create and manage bookings, and, when Zoom is connected, identify the connected account, refresh authorization, and create scheduled Zoom meetings for the meeting owner.
3. Sharing with third parties
For the Zoom integration, authorization data is shared with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. only to perform actions authorized by the user. We do not use the integration to access or store recordings, chat transcripts, or meeting content.
4. Retention and deletion
Zoom OAuth tokens are kept while the integration remains connected. When you disconnect Zoom in CalendLab or remove the app in Zoom Marketplace, the connection tokens are deleted. Other information is retained only as needed to operate the service, meet our obligations, and comply with applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting us. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
6. Security
We use organizational and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy when the service or applicable law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
