CalendLab Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of CalendLab. The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Borodin ("CalendLab", "we", "us"). By using the service, you accept these Terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Use CalendLab lawfully and in accordance with applicable rules.
2. Zoom integration
Connecting Zoom is optional. You confirm that you are authorized to connect the selected Zoom account and grant CalendLab the permissions displayed on Zoom's authorization screen. CalendLab uses these permissions only to operate the integration, including creating scheduled meetings.
3. Bookings and notifications
You are responsible for your event types, availability, invitations, and communications with invitees. CalendLab shares booking information and the Zoom link according to the settings you choose.
4. Disconnecting
You may disconnect Zoom in Integrations or remove the app through Zoom App Marketplace. After disconnection, new Zoom meetings stop being created; existing meetings in Zoom are not automatically deleted.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, compromise service security, or attempt unauthorized access to CalendLab data or systems.
6. Limitation of liability
CalendLab is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or the unavailability of third-party services, including Zoom.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication of an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. Send questions to support@calendlab.ru.
